Overall Satisfaction with CrashPlan
Our IT department does use CrashPlan; it is used company wide. The software backs up important data on all of our employees' PCs and laptops. If there are any issues that we need to rebuild or image a device we are capable to do that with CrashPlan. It's very easy to use.
- Runs quietly in the background. Most of our employees do not know it is even running.
- Ease of use. VERY user friendly.
- Support of the product. Code 42 is constantly making sure that we the users are always up to date and they actually listen to us on what we would like to see of the product to improve it.
- Code 42 is always asking on how to improve the product. They receive so much feedback there really isn't that much to have them change. It is a product that is constantly evolving.
- I cannot give a dollar amount. I can say it has saved us alot of time and energy for using the backed up data for many of our employees. It has saved a few employees' jobs, for example, a computer crashing or virus infection that we were able to bring back their information and saved data.
I have used it since I have worked for my current company. Truthfully I do not think that there are any other companies that offer software as good as this.
