Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce Powerpay

Payroll processing, payroll issues eg ROE creation/amendment, tracking employee expenses/reimbursements, year end reports/T4's, employee history/profile info.

  • Adjustment - Reversal sometimes gives an error
  • Emergency Contact Comments field - would be nice if it would accept more characters in this field
  • A warning that 'no ROE will be created' popup when EI or other related fields are marked Exempt
  • Rate history on an employee's page would be nice
  • efficiency in processing payroll increased
  • employee list cuts the amount of time spent looking for employee history
  • access to employee info at a glance - less time spent on this
  • year end/T4 generation is efficient

Data entry for inputting hours, creating ROE's, year end reports. Can't think of where it would be less appropriate, it's nice to have robust functionality.

Dayforce Powerpay Support

Agents are very helpful, patient and thorough. Sometimes when a solution doesn't work, eg an error message popping up, they'll look into an alternate solution.
