Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
We use DonorPerfect to manage our donor database.
- DonorPerfect's customer service is great!
- They are constantly upgrading and improving the features of their software.
- It is simple to pull reports and manage data.
- If you don't remember to keep saving as you input data, you can lose your work if you lose [your] internet connection.
- Lots of add-on fees for different features. It's especially difficult to track all the charges and fees from the weblink.
- It's not simple to pull reports with multiple email addresses, even though contacting our donors via ALL their available email addresses is a big priority.
- A great way to track our donations and manage several thousand profiles.
- Really great customer service!!!
- Access to our database by multiple staff members from different locations has been a big help
