Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox constantly. It allows me to share communications and files safely and securely with corporate and department heads in real time. I also like that it shows me who is currently accessing a file that I am trying to access.
- Real time updates to files and communications
- Information is safe and secure
- Notifies me when files have been updated by others
- Informs me when I am trying to access a file if another user already has it open
- Allows me to delete a file for everyone or just me
- The Dropbox Icon that appears when a file is opened while it serves an important function can be annoying because of its size
- When doing a search for a file, Dropbox doesn't clearly display where the file is located for future reference
- Recent files don't reflect accurately across different devices. If I open and work with a file on my laptop, it won't show as a recent file on my desktop.
- using Dropbox has allowed both my DOO and myself to work remotely with real-time updates when changes are made to any reports
- I have immediate access to any new projects that my DOO has saved to Dropbox for me. This allows me to meet deadlines and adhere to strict timelines for governmental reporting purposes
