Overall Satisfaction with Druva Phoenix

Druva Phoenix is being use as part of cloud solution for servers backups. In each server of the company the agent has been installed and retention policies have been configured.
  • Easy setup.
  • Their web UI is really easy to use.
  • The restore process is easy.
  • No extra hardware needed.
  • Small Files restore (like a lot of 1kb files) will take some time due to process they call rehydration.
  • We have a backup solution on site, but for any disaster within the building was a concern, cloud solution was the best way to go, Druva provided this.
  • Was a requirement for CTPAT.
We're backing up data servers, web server and SQL servers.
Best part of Druva is that no extra hardware is needed. Allowing us not to think about the next thing to purchase.
When we first acquired Druva the way they used credits to have space retention was that they never expired, recently they changed this, they respected the credit purchase under the never expire policy, but still it's something that I felt didn't have to change.
They have always supported our needs.
We selected Druva because once again, no extra hardware needed.
What I like most about their cloud solution is that no extra hardware is needed, you just install the agent and it will do its job. No hardware replacement after a couple of years.
