We help our current engineers uplevel their skill sets in relevant engineering areas by seeking out classes on edX and requesting they formally dedicate a portion of their time to them via their management chain. This allows our engineers to stay up to date with the latest technologies and stay focused on what they need to learn and improve on throughout the firm
