Overall Satisfaction with ElaBoard

I work remotely with my organization and we use ElaBoard to organize all of our meetings and keep ourselves tidy and on point with our to do's. Using ElaBoard has been a breeze as a collaboration tool - it was very easy to set up and integrated well with our Google Workspace. We're able to use it to organize what documents which department needs during meetings and use the whiteboard features, such as Sticky Notes, to stay organized. I personally use the Sticky Notes a lot for my position to keep track of my priorities and deadlines on my tasks. I also like that I'm able to just plug in whatever document is needed to show my team where I'm at in any given project.
  • I like that we can collaborate all in one place without the need for multiple different windows or applications of different products to view necessary documentation across teams.
  • I love how easy to use it is and it took hardly any work at all to set up.
  • The use of templates really helps speed things up, so we're not left trying to assemble things all on our own.
  • The mobile app does not have all of the features I prefer to use. I would like to see them integrate them soon with future updates.
  • Dragging documents from Google to the whiteboard sometimes isn't as instant as I would like. I hope to see them improve performance for that feature so that all of my team could see things instantly as we drag and drop documents in.

  • Positive - helps us be more efficient than with just a board meeting as we can just meet for a few quick minutes instead of hours.
I think Miro offers more features and faster performances when it comes to those features, but ElaBoard is better for our size organization (small to mid). We don't necessarily need a lot of the offerings in Miro, so ElaBoard suited our budget better.

My team uses ElaBoard to keep our tasks organized and prioritized by deadline. The sticky notes feature is really helpful for that or leaving notes for colleagues who might not be available that day. This way, we can keep working together efficiently. While it's very helpful for remote collaboration, I feel that maybe on-premises workspaces may find it a bit redundant when compared to just having in-office meetings. However, I think it would be worth it for certain departments if they have to collaborate with international branches.
