Overall Satisfaction with Eqo – Employee Referral Solution for the Frontline

When we analyze our customers' source effectiveness, employee referrals always stand out as one of the top three talent attraction methods. However, these programs often suffer from manual tracking challenges and a lack of engagement from frontline workers. Eqo has a streamlined interface that is very easy for employees to use, and it's all done via text, which increases referral participation among frontline teams. This bridges the engagement gap commonly found in traditional programs. There is massive potential with using a text-based employee referral strategy and I have recommended Eqo to all of our customers.

The user experience is seamless--text-based with no app installation necessary. Employees don't want to download another app, so the text-based approach removes that friction point. I really like the SMS campaign feature in Eqo because it facilitates program socialization and targeted hiring in understaffed areas through team-specific SMS campaigns. My customers have been very impressed with the implementation process and support. They aren't just implementing the tech but advising on strategy and adoption.

Orgs with over 1,000 employees and large frontline workforce such as healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Definitely for any company that is overwhelmed by managing employee referrals and payouts on spreadsheets. Under 1,000 employees, probably not necessary because the volume is manageable for them to handle internally.
