Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use eSign Genie to allow customers to agree to our TOS when they purchase. It’s being used as part of our new client onboarding process and it really streamlined the process. Without needing to interact with our team, new clients are able to seamlessly onboard themselves and begin working with us.

Not easy for customers to sign documents embedded on webpages when accessing from a mobile device

DocuSign

More integration capabilities at a much more affordable rate. I haven’t personally tested other softwares; however, from what I’ve seen, other comparable softwares that have the same integration capabilities as eSign Genie cost much more. With eSign Genie, you get all of the functionality at a better price. Also, the software works as intended.

Really great, cost-effective solution if you're looking to build document sign-off into an automated workflow, such as having customers agree to TOS when purchasing and having the signature completion automatically trigger another action, such as the delivery of your end product. I would highly recommend eSign Genie for this type of use case.
