EthicsPoints is used by our students, faculty, and staff in order to identify concerns or questions that they have. Because we are an operation that has locations in all 50 states we find this tool very helpful.
The problems it identifies is everything from simple questions about processes to serious ethical or policy concerns. In a university environment, we find this very helpful.

- Simple and easy to use. Also allows for flexibility to have certain people see the correct reports
- Truly gives full appearance of confidentiality
- Allows for simple updates and follow ups
- Ability to ask questions and follow up of reporters
- Reporting has improved but looking for more reports
- Would like to see more choices of standard responses
- Ability to update multiple status at once.
- In our nationwide organization, we need a compliance tool that is web-based and comprehensive.
