Overall Satisfaction with EverString

EverString is being used to look for intent topics and the associated timestamp in order to find the most relevant opportunity at any given time based on the ES Intent Topic. This addresses the problem of knowing when to reach out to someone and how to potentially guide that conversation better.
  • Providing a customizable search criteria for intent topic
  • Associated timestamps for Intent Topics
  • Ability to update SFDC with relevant info - eliminating the manual work
  • If information could get refreshed quicker - daily/hourly etc.
  • Detailed breakdown of ES Intent Topics - sub topics?

Yes - EverString is being used by individuals to find account intelligence on their own. 1 training session on the basics is what was needed to get the team up and running. Follow up sessions are available as well at the individual's request.
7 out of 10 [satisfaction with EverString's ability to identify best fit accounts]. The majority of the accounts seem to be a good fit however there are instances where the Intent Topic has no relevance or meaning to prospect.
Enrichment capabilities are useful for identifying net new accounts and understanding how to better target them. More specifically, it gives me the opportunity to take a more structured approach to outbound prospecting by allowing me to filter by Intent Topic / Revenue Range / State etc.
I can only speak for myself, not the entire organization as a whole. That being said, I do see a slight benefit in being more confident going into calls by having an idea of what the prospect may want to discuss or have in mind as an initial starting point. This helps me with planning my calls before they occur.
EverString has been able to help me structure my outbound prospecting better and help provide more relevant content during the sales cycle, thereby bridging the gap between relevant marketing material and the buyer's journey.
EverString provides a more accurate picture and is more relevant since the information is updated on a weekly basis. This makes it easier to stay current with prospect account and understand any ongoing changes within the organization.
Well suited when you need to take a bit more of a structured approach to outbound lead generation as opposed to a shot in the dark cold call. Less appropriate for generic searches and results sometimes give false expectations where you think someone is interested but in reality they are not.
