Overall Satisfaction with Fusion Risk Management

We use Fusion Risk Management primarily for our business continuity planning. Each department/function/process has a plan within the system and is used during a business disruption. Within these plans are business impact analysis data, required equipment/assets/applications, team information, and manual workarounds when we have a disruption. Also, we use Fusion Risk Management to track security incidents, risks, and other related threats to our Company. For reporting, we utilize the dashboard and reporting feature that shows us trends and give us more insight into what is occurring across our organization.
  • Intuitive and Easy to Use
  • Reporting and Dashboards using the data you enter and capture
  • Customization of layouts and fields to tailor your experience
  • Duplicating objects would be a great feature
  • More video-based tutorials and walkthroughs of improving experience needed
  • New features should automatically be added upon release
  • Strong foundation of business continuity planning
  • We have full visibility into the security of our business
  • We are prepared for the next 'bang' or disruption thanks to Fusion

Do you think Fusion Risk Management delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Fusion Risk Management's feature set?

Yes

Did Fusion Risk Management live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Fusion Risk Management go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Fusion Risk Management again?

Yes

Fusion Risk Management is best for an organization that is focused and passionate about holistic business resiliency (business continuity, physical security, cyber security, etc.). You have to have a strong understanding of how relational databases work to be successful administering the system. For business continuity planning, it can be challenging to have multiple users in the system (due to costs), and many departments require 2-3 people, which adds up quickly.
