Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox
Glassbox is literally the only way that I can view certain areas of the site without making a purchase, see exactly what the customer sees, how they interact and use the site, their habits and actions that we couldn't predict or prepare that Glassbox lets us see.

UI is very clean and Glassbox integrations with every tool we have in our stack was super important for us. Also, the out-of-the-box reports and easy customization of the system to match our needs
