Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Collaboration

All staff managers use GlobalMeet for weekly meetings and one-time meetings. There would usually be between 4 to 15 people on a call at once.

  • If issues occur, it can be hard to reach someone.
  • Cost
  • Used for information sharing for team members located at remote sites.
There was a time that a user did not hang up properly and we were charged for the full length of the time the phone was off the hook. There should be a feature within the system to sense or handle this after a certain period of silence.
Weekly teams meetings worked well.
