Overall Satisfaction with GoodAccess

I require a VPN to allow myself and my team to access the backend of my website www.tagsoi.com
  • The service has been fast and not dropped off so far
  • The customer service was excellent
  • There are lots of options within the dashboard
  • I did find that having to subscribe for 10 users was too many (I personally only needed 3 users)
  • Static IPs
  • I could not have my team in other countries access the backend without it, so it is quite important

The customer service was excellent and they reply quickly. They got back to me an answered my questions and gave me a special offer, which was greatly appreciated.
