Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used across our sales org for prospecting purposes. Personally I use it for setting up outbound email campaigns, that automate the follow-up emails that makes the prospecting process far more efficient. The analytics available is great for seeing the results from certain emails, and tracking which emails have been opened can be very useful for specific contacts. The link with Salesforce makes adding leads and contacts very easy, and the meeting scheduler link is very useful for prospects to book meetings from my own email signature.
