Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gusto is used for a number of things, including payroll, onboarding, and Human Resources needs. Mainly, it is used for logging hours, payroll, PTO, sick time, benefits, tax forms, etc. Besides this, it also helps us keep track of employee birthdays and work anniversaries so we can celebrate our employees!

Gusto is great for an easy-to-use perspective of employees. Many find it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. I feel like this tool works the best when you have someone on your team that is knowledgeable of the platform and can help other employees, as sometimes Gusto's customer support team can be difficult to get a hold of.
