Reach for better Streaming

We have been using IBM Watson to stream video for our monthly meetings, and it has been a great hand in recording passed meetings. The history and library can take you back for recorded meetings. I liked that it was cloud-based, and was able to access content anywhere we were, and also that it supports PC and Mac.

We had really benefited from using this service with not only saving the videos of past meetings, but also reaching out with the steaming link to most of our affiliates and partners during meetings. Also, we can look at the analytics and know how many people are viewing or attending the meeting.

Yes, we definitely could go back to the archives of old videos. Usually, we review old meetings and take notes of improvements in the area for the next meeting. So, yes this has definitely helped. Also, we would look at the polling data we could find back for our research, and we can use this for stats.

This feature definitely helped in determining how many people were listening, where and how often.
We used some of these metrics to look at the performance of the video and sound quality and whether people were happy with the stream or rather calling in for meetings. Most of the time, people were satisfied with the stream.

We haven't utilized this feature that much, but are looking into it.
