Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

We recently acquired Playbooks to implement as our dialer to make outbound calls linked to Salesforce. It is extremely efficient, easy, and convenient. Working in a fast-paced sales position, having a program that is quick, easy, and user-friendly is extremely important. It integrates perfectly with Salesforce, Gmail, and Yesware. I recommend it to anyone trying to improve their prospecting skills and see more of a conversion rate.
  • Keeps you organized.
  • Makes prospecting efficient.
  • Has a TON of different account views so you can separate your accounts by time zone, segmentation, and so many others.
  • I wish you could use it for more than just prospecting accounts.
  • Integrate with Yesware better. For example, if you email out of Yesware through Gmail instead of Playbooks, have it still log in Playbooks.

I think have a user friendly interface is super important. We are sales reps, not engineers. Yes, we are tech-friendly, but having an interface that is efficient and easy is extremely important in a fast-paced sales position.
Playbooks is extremely efficient and much needed - it is hard to think how we went about our daily tasks before it was around!
It is extremely beneficial for a sales position. For me personally, it keeps me organized and, in a way, is a "smart" pipeline. It organizes the accounts for you, and is extremely beneficial. Since using playbooks I feel like I have improved my cadence with my accounts.
