Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

My company uses Intacct for all functions. We take advantage of all the accounting functions, tracking our customers orders and running reports to link all the data.
  • Very clear and easy to follow interface.
  • Extremely easy to navigate through the different functions and pick up easily.
  • You have the ability to customize features and reports for your personal needs.
  • Only issue I've come across is when entering A/P bills. You can only hit tab to navigate through. If you hit enter, you lose all the data and have to start over.
  • Customer Service isn't real time. Sometime when having an issue, you need immediate response.
  • It is very easy to keep track of AP and expenses. Cut down on overpayments and duplications.
It is so easy to look up customers and invoices. Makes paying vendors on time very easy. You can have the GL auto populate so you don't have to memorize all the codes. You can customize reports to fit your specific financial situations.
