Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I currently use Intacct to run month end reports for financial statements. We have created many reports that we run each month for this data. It is very easy to update these reports as needed.
Pros
- We have used Intacct for billing for several years. Setting up recurring bills is done very easily with Intacct.
- Setting up revenue recognition schedules for billing is also very easy.
- Managing reports for financial statements has been easy to set up.
Cons
- Customer support was not very good when we had issues in our first few months using this product.
- Would like to see better search capabilities.
- Intacct has made reporting so much faster. We are able to close the month much quicker now that we are using Intacct.
- As our client list has grown, Intacct has enabled us to keep up with the higher demands for billing.
- SAP
I have only used SAP minimally but I have found Intacct much easier to use. My use of SAP was only for a few hours each day for about 6 weeks whereas I have been using Intacct daily for the past 3 years. I found Intacct to be much more intuitive than SAP in my experience.
