Overall Satisfaction with Intellect

We use Intellect as quality management tool. We use it to store test procedures, quality documents, CAPA records, risk assessments, customer feedback, and equipment information. Intellect is used daily for accessing written procedures and work instructions, locating equipment, recording equipment maintenance or issues, and managing changes. It provides us with one easy to use, central location for documents and records.

  • Ability to make configuration changes yourself
  • Out of the box apps can be a little tricky to make adjustments to
  • Mobile app option has been hard for my company to get started
  • All new apps aren't necessarily available to users with older versions of the software
  • In house app configuration
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to house all quality items in one location
  • Greatly assists in organization and ability to locate documents when they are needed
  • Helps keep copies of uncontrolled documents from laying around
  • Keep individuals accountable with tasks assigned on personal dashboards.

Intellect is well suited for a large company with complex workflow needs. With a little work on your part it can also be very useful for a smaller company as well. Any issues we have had have been addressed quickly and with friendly customer service technicians.
