Jahia is the CMS we use for our website and intranet. It's very easy to use to create a dynamic website. Even without coding knowledge, you are able to build nice content mixing different types of medias.

I never had an availability problem due to Jahia. I have always been able to use it.
We have quite a good support from Jahia but our main contact is still our integrator. I wish Jahia was more involved. The support from the Jahia Customer Success Manager has been quite irregular.
Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick), Pardot
It's very appropriate to create complex web pages with different types of content: texts, images, forms, and attachments. Also the collaboration with colleagues is easy and smooth. We manage multiples sites for multiple regions and I wish it was easier to switch from one site to the other and to manage the respective media libraries.
