Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster

We are using Kemp LoadMaster on the on-premises and cloud environments companywide. The product is not too robust, but it is serving out our need, and the support is exceptional. Thanks to the current size of the product, the fixes and features are implemented quite quickly.

The Citrix solution was not ready at that time we moved onto the cloud. Other vendors have got too many unnecessary features that we didn't need.
The product has all the requested features for cloud use and the team at Kemp also developed new features that helped serve additional business needs on our side.
They are quite effective and request useful data on first contact. I would recommend them because we received fixes or workarounds for all of opened tickets within the SLA.

This is a cloud-ready solution, which is not too robust. The resulting benefit is that the rollout went much quicker than with other solutions. The available tools cover most scenarios in the VLM, but if somebody want to go with a legacy setup, there can be better products (but not as cost effective as Kemp ones).
