Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Kofax Power PDF is used to build appendices for briefs. We take large PDF files and take selections from them, reorder the pages, and add Bates numbers.
- Easy to open files.
- The help screen is good.
- It's very slow.
- It's not intuitive.
- It does a necessary job for us.
It's not intuitive. When you open the application it's not clear where to start. And it's very slow. We have PDF that are thousands of pages and just opening them takes minutes.
Kofax can do more, like adding Bates and redacting.
