Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Kofax Power PDF is used by the paralegal department. I mainly use it to combine or uncombine PDF documents. It is also very useful for Bates stamping exhibits.
- Combining documents: Very easy and seamless process.
- Extracting single/multiple pages: Easy to tear apart one large document into several smaller ones.
- Bates Stamping: Easy to add custom Bates stamps.
- Can sometimes be difficult locating correct tool.
- Cost Saving.
- Time Saving.
For me, it was fairly easy to use. It took a little while to get used to because I am more acquainted to Adobe. But this has all the functions of Adobe at a much more reasonable cost.
