Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared
LeadSquared is used by our Business Development function. We used Salesforce as a CRM in the past but wanted an automation platform with its own integrated CRM rather than using a separate platform. LeadSquared delivers on all levels.
Marketing automation tools work superbly in engaging and nurturing prospects but we found that many of the well known platforms were very clunky and provided a poor user experience, they were also very expensive and didn't deliver the dashboards or level of reports we needed. Since our sales function is distributed around the UK we also needed a system that could integrate with Outlook to capture client / prospect interactions. Although many of the other providers said they had this functionality in practice it didn't work. LeadSquared worked first time.

- All round first-rate user experience
- Customisable engagement scores - this provides excellent insight
- Reporting functionality - particularly the web report development I asked for which you can now click through to see which contacts have visited pages on your website and the time they have spent there
- Support flexibility - the guys do a great job at quickly solving any issues. They even made a custom wordpress plugin for us so that our forms on our website complete specific fields on our contact records
- Help articles - really easy to follow and explain features
- Simple and easy set up
- LinkedIn API - this is not really fair as it is a LinkedIn issue, if only they would allow better access
- A/B split testing would be good for email subject lines / landing pages
- Test email deliverability and landing pages in different browsers/smartphones/apps
- Reverse IP lookup might be an interesting add on
- Increase in email open / clicks
- Visibility of individual contact engagement
- Increase in landing page conversion rates
- Overall we have better visibility, measurement and control in order to demonstrate ROI
As mentioned before LeadSquared is the best platform I have used for its features and usability and in the levels of support you receive.
