Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

This is very easy and quick to use for people who are somewhat more familiar with computer programs.
Lucidchart has been helpful in preparing quick flow-charts and diagrams to depict workflow processes for grant programs and key milestones for decision makers.
  • Ease of use.
  • Variety of templates.
  • Ability to disconnect some points that automatically link to each other when you create new text next to existing bubbles or arrows.
  • This is a small part of my work but it is becoming more appreciated to support quick representations of complex procedures and workflows.
I have not used customer support so I am unable to comment - the platform is quite easy to navigate.

Preparing easy to read visuals is great for my work however there is not much time for us to learn how to use complex tools. This allows us to do visioning exercises and quickly transfer into a diagram to present a clean version to decision makers.
