Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I used Lucidchart to diagram nonprofit program's network of stakeholders. Using Lucidchart improved my ability to visualize complex systems with different shapes, colors, proportions, and exact layouts, better than free programs like Google Docs.

- Slow page loading.
- Free features are pretty much unusable - must have premium for impact.
- More prompts and templates to give users a better sense of how Lucidchart can be used.
- Improved team collaboration.
- Clarified objective and priorities.
I only experienced the integration with Google. This was very simple to set up and elevated our final presentations on the Google platform.
