Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I love how easy the tool is.
We develop process maps for our clients so that they can see the performance gaps.
  • Great for creating the initial shape and next shapes.
  • Very intuitive in creating the initial designs without knowing much about process mapping.
  • Offering a lot of templates.
  • The text is really small on the images.
  • Performing spell check is difficult.
  • Copy and pasting relays on keyboard functions.
  • The connectors get wonky on the fishbone diagram.
  • The connectors are a little sensitive when trying to reposition.
  • Improved performance due to ease of use and ability to collaborate.
I haven't used integrations much.
I haven't had to contact support :)

Well suited: collaborating with peers on a process.
Not suited: it sucks in my opinion that everyone needs a license to edit the document; there are times when it would be easier to let the client edit the document but if they don't have an account they can't use it. It would be really dope to be able to have 3 ghost accounts we could use to have clients occupy for the duration of the project so they can jump in JUST for the project and then we reassign their ghost role.
