Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I tried it for the first time and found it very easy to start creating process flows and use and very easy to get a plan "on paper." I really enjoyed using the product and plan to continue.
Lucidchart is currently being used to create visual data of existing marketing efforts. I've also used the org chart as a visual in our slide decks of the company organization by department.

I have integrated with Slack, Google and it's been great to keep the team on the same page of status, projects, and more.
I haven't had to reach out to support, but I expect the service is just as great as the technology.

I actually kept both. Lucidchart allowed me to do better planning, but the other tool I kept and used for the presentation of what I created on Lucidchart. I either screenshot or recreate the final products.
It's best used for mid-senior level positions, team members who are reporting to the c-suite. I think it's less suited for c-level team members because it's a little more complex to learn navigation, and my c-level suite didn't have the time to learn.
