Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We used Lucidchart to map out and diagram workflow processes for internal teams. The ability to easily modify the workflow during the setup and later has been very valuable as we work through process changes. Previously we were using Word to document with bullet points and teams would find it hard to follow. Having a color diagram has helped tremendously.
