Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I just started using it and am still exploring but so far it's been a good experience. I am looking forward to exploring more and learning. It's easier than Visio.
Lucidchart is very easy to navigate and the videos help, too.

With Lucidchart, I am working on a process map to put the process in the swimlane format and it's very easy to navigate. I love the sharing feature so everyone can see the updates.
