Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I gave this rating because Lucidchart is really easy to use. I learned Lucid on my own and was able to use my creative thinking as supposed to using preset flow charts. It is very helpful for beginners like me, so I highly suggest this tool for process mapping.
Lucidchart has been very helpful to me since day one. As a visual learner, it is so much easier to learn our process flow and to map our should-be processes using this software. I highly recommend this software for people who love visual learning.

I strongly believe that Lucidchart has brought a tremendous value to my company Salesforce. It also helps new employees to onboard and get familiar with the processes especially for visual learners like me. Integration and process mapping were critical in our organization and Lucid has helped with it.

Lucidchart is really easy to use and user-friendly.
Lucidchart is the best flow chart tool if you need collaboration because you can share the flows with your colleagues and comment on the flows. Collaboration is so much easier. However, Lucidchart has limited preset flows, but I think it is for the better so you can be more creative.
