Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is extremely easy to jump into and quickly learn how to use. I was able to generate an entire departmental process flow in several hours after never using the software before. I am sure that there are even more features and improvements that have not been explored yet.
Lucidchart is being used to map out our manufacturing process flow so we can evaluate areas that can be improved and apply industry best practices. We are using this process flow to then generate a custom MRP software to fit our specific and unique needs. Lucidchart is being used by management team representatives from all departments (ordering, inventory management, production scheduling, shipping, invoicing etc.). Lucidchart is providing a clear process flow for our unique manufacturing operation.
  • It is extremely easy to understand how to use the software and quickly generate results
  • It generates process flows that are easy to interpret
  • It is flexible and easy to manipulate data
  • I have not spent enough time to comment on this but my initial impression of the software is positive.
  • We will definitely see a direct cost savings once the software has been used to map out our current process flow and determine where we can save on waste.
We did not require any integrations for our specific use of the software but it would definitely be beneficial.
We have not yet had to contact Lucidchart for support.

Lucidchart seems to be suitable for a wide range of uses. It is capable of capturing simple process flows yet at the same time it can map out the entirety of a manufacturing process. The software is suited well for our complex manufacturing flow but it would also be appropriate for a more straightforward process.
