Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I learned how to use it in about an hour. Very easy to use / learn.
Lucidchart is used to break down our code logic. We share this logic to clients so that we we can have a mutual understanding of the product. Lucidchart helps bridge the gap between the technical and nontechnical.
  • Organization of charts / file structures
  • Adaptability (can import custom shapes)
  • Intuitive
  • Auto formatting pasted text (it could already do this I just do not know)
  • Create mac native app
  • It would be cool to see some sort of IDE integration. Click on a function block in the code and it takes you to a Lucidchart.
  • Improved productivity
  • Better code design
  • Better communication with clients
Did not know / have not used yet. We use almost all of those tools so I will look into this.
I have never needed support but I receive frequent emails from their team.

As far as charting goes I have used free options as well as Visio. Lucidchart is the best one. It feels lightweight, it is easy to use, and easy to use in a team environment.
