Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's incredibly intuitive. The interface is simple and there's not much that's hidden, nested, or otherwise difficult to find. There are a few things like text orientation and the ability to quickly change colors that are less than perfect but not terrible.
We use Lucidchart to map people and technology processes, draw dataflows, architecture, and other diagrams to communicate requirements and expectations for how we will perform platform development, marketing integrations, and marketing processes within those systems. In some cases, we will use it "on the fly" as we conduct workshops and share ideas.
  • clean templatized diagram and charts that for a technical audience
  • fast work flow for laying out a diagram
  • applying text within shapes is a little clunky
  • Improved efficiency for creating process
  • Removed "blockers" from understanding a problem by teams with a different perspective
  • Helped us audit and refine oeprations
I haven't used this part of the tool but I can imagine using Lucidchart integrated with Salesforce and Google could be very meaningful for a business like ours.
I don't think I've needed support, being able to use the tool without support is the best situation in my eyes.

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

There are nice features in Miro and Figma for designers but I honestly find working on their canvas to be disorienting and the documents/artifacts created are not useful to how I need to communicate things. draw.io as a tool seems similar to Lucidchart but the functionality is far more limited and the ability to integrate seems less robust.
Overall if a person wants to create a process flow chart, technical diagram, or a business process the functionality is very fluid and intuitive to use. I find that I can create flow charts that provide the right amount of detail for a technical audience, my digital marketing team, and vendors we work with for technology or marketing services. When developing similar charts for an executive audience I don't think Lucidchart is as well suited. In this case, the tool doesn't easily replicate our brand standards. This isn't a typical use of the tool for me, however.
