We use Lucidchart to diagram our complex network. Lucidchart aids in showing others how traffic goes between various sites.

- needs the ability to program text labels on connection lines
- Improved productivity when multiple people are planning a project
- Knowledge sharing is much easier
- Two people can work on the same document at once
