Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark has been a helpful tool in planning projects and producing visuals in multiple departments. The product is intuitive, almost mimicking the use of a whiteboard. Because of this ease of use, we have been able to implement its usage with little training to employees. We will continue to use this product for years to come!

Once you have reached the right page, Lucidspark is extremely easy to use. With the tools located on the left of the screen, users know exactly what they have to use and how to get it. The only thing preventing a 10/10 score is the slightly confusing copy and paste functions that have a slight learning curve. Other than those functions, the platform is extremely easy to use!
Because my organization uses G-suite, having this platform work with Google Drive has made collaboration universally simple and has provided easy implementation into our current systems of collaboration. Beyond that, its role as a complement to Lucidchart makes use between platforms easy and simplifies the process for all students and employees.
Lucidspark has great visuals and is easy to use, making individual user experiences simple. When working with others; however, the full impact of Lucidspark can be seen. Real-time collaboration is seamless and almost makes you feel as if you are in the same room as you coworker. Highly recommend!
I personally have not contacted Lucidspark support, but if their support team is anything like the product this company has created, I’m sure it is great. The best kind of support staff is the kind you do not have to contact because all the necessary tools for use are already included in the product.

I think Lucidspark is best used in the planning stages of products, as it makes mapping out ideas easy and collaborating simple. The various shape tools and wide array of colors allow us to effectively mimic working together on a whiteboard, helping ease the transition to virtual work.
