Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is used by our BizOps team regularly. We use it individually to take ideas then flesh them out and organize thoughts, as well as in team meetings when we are trying to advance new projects and collaborate together. This is always our starting point for business challenges to figure out the best way to propose and evaluate solutions.
  • Creating decision trees for solving business challenges.
  • Building impact/effort matrixes.
  • Promoting team and cross-functional collaboration.
  • More templates (they have plenty, but there can never be enough).
  • Better "best practice" guides.
  • More tooltip support.
  • Better SOPs.
  • Time savings.
  • Streamlined communication.
Lucidspark is easy to use, but there definitely needs to be some understanding of the tool and consistency on the user's part. If someone is just starting out it may not be as easy to keep the big picture in mind when creating documentation, leading to less consistency.
Our team uses Slack and Google Drive regularly. The integration makes it easier for us to share our documents and collaborate on them in the tools we use natively for communication and sharing.
High quality and reliability. Have not experienced any issues.
I had an issue with my billing/payment and reached out. I got a response, but I'm not confident the issue was resolved.

Lucidspark is great for internal operations and working cross-functionally. The visual nature of the application creates easy to share and easy-to-understand work plans that can be shared both internally and externally.
