Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We knew that we wanted seats of Lucidchart but were not familiar with Lucidspark. We explored and decided to acquire seats in Lucidspark after trying it and determined that it is a great collaborative whiteboarding solution with good integration with 3rd-party meetings and Lucidchart. The template library is high quality and is a real time-saver, letting us focus on the meeting agenda instead of the software!
- 3rd-party integrations.
- Meeting support tools such as polling, timer, and collaboration capturing.
- Noticeable latency at times. I do not believe there is a desktop client as all interaction is done in a browser window.
- There is a learning curve. For example, discovering all the templates and features (conditional formatting, etc...) take some time to get familiar with the capabilities and how it works.
- Increased meeting effectiveness.
- Time savings.
- Known pricing model with existing SaaS supplier. Do not have to add yet another software vendor to do the same thing.
N/A
At times, we have seen a bit of delays due to latency, but overall has had reliable performance.
