Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use it for process mapping and for project visualisation. We use it to create a repository of our internal processes of cash flow.
- Simple process view
- Ease of access
- Easily shared
- Interactive charts
- Process flows could be dynamic/ animated
- The interface for flow diagrams is not as easy as some other free versions on the internet.
- I just used it for documentation and easy views.
- There is not much difference in the ROI, since I only use it for basic process visualization.
I have not integrated applications.

Lucidchart is better than basic word docs. It is convenient to use for the simple process charts.
