Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
I currently use Lucidspark with my department/product team.
- Google Suite (GSuite) integration
- Strong integration with JIRA
- Strong collaboration tools with comments/emoji capabilities
- CSV export of Lucidspark board cannot be imported into another board.
- I cannot import contents from Miro (or other tools) to import my whiteboards from other tools into Lucidspark.
- JIRA integration was clunky and I accidentally created 16 cards in JIRA without realizing it. All selected items in a flow chart became separate JIRA stories, which was surprising.
- Meeting effectiveness for sprint retrospective, even though we've had better success with Sprintlio.
- Increased collaboration with a remote team.
- Greater productivity compared with non-integrated tools like Visio or draw.io.
I've used the Slack and Google Drive integrations. I would recommend that they continue to explore deepening those integrations, whether inside Google Docs or Sheets or providing auto-tab completion showing the title, like Google does with shared documents inside Google Docs. All of these are helpful within our organization's ecosystem, which includes Slack and Google Drive in a comprehensive fashion.
My company uses a variety of whiteboard tools, including Whimsical, Miro and Lucidspark. While I realize that each wants to be best of breed as a standalone solution, I'd recommend integration points that make it easier to export to and import from other whiteboard solutions out there. It will provide a delighter that would provide the tools for me to move my Whimsical and Miro boards into Lucidspark and use it more exclusively.

Yes
Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?
Yes
My company has not exclusively selected Lucidspark. Our designers use some offline/online tooling but prefer Whimsical. Our dev teams prefer Lucidspark. Our product team has used Miro and Whimsical before. I have enjoyed using MURAL and Miro, so it is indeed complicated and we have not all consolidated around Lucidspark. I would contend that Lucidspark is a finalist, probably top 1-2 tools we would use.
