Overall Satisfaction with M1

M1 is currently a work in progress in our machine shop. The staff and customer support are very kind & helpful. They make sure you understand fully the ERP system before you go live on the shop floor. Everything on the software is interactive and makes transactions go over smoothly. The program even works well on my Macbook computer. Highly recommend to any company in search of a simple & flexible ERP system

There is a massive learning curve that can be extremely hard to tackle if you are not totally dedicated. Building the software can be very timely and tricky. Similar to learning a new language. Its very hard to have new employees pick up the software
M1 saves a lot of walking around and questioning. M1 speeds up all processes within the company. From quote to cash the efficiency is prevalent at all levels. Makes our company able to buy bulk and save money all around.

+Assists in scheduling jobs and making sure things are done on time.
+ Helps keep track of material and hardware.

- Lengthy start up time.
- Can be very buggy at times.
- Unknown errors can really slow down processes.
