Overall Satisfaction with Magnolia
In our organization, we use Magnolia primarily to manage digital content. All our e-commerce and digital platforms have Magnolia as the backbone. It's easy to get all the requirements and modification requests into one central dashboard and then make changes to the respective digital spaces. Magnolia also works as a Sandbox environment for extensive testing before the modification to the website has been deployed.
- Interfaces and dashboards are easily customizable.
- Multiple External Plugins can be easily integrated.
- After-sales support is phenomenal.
- I think some detailed descriptions of the features and functionalities would be good.
- Bulk modification of web services and apps can be done quickly.
- It has improved our testing and deployment timelines.

One of the best features that I like is content tags. When we deal with bulk web application modification, having tags to quickly jump to relevant sections of a project is important. Magnolia also has everything configured to adhere to GRPR regulations. This helps us be compliant whenever there is an audit. All user roles can be defined at any stage of the project.
