Overall Satisfaction with Malwarebytes
We have been using Malwarebytes even before our MSP even started in 2010. It is, by far, the best anti-malware product on the market. It has prevented numerous issues that could have cost us, and our clients, hundreds and even thousands of dollars. Their integration with RMM platforms is still a work in progress as is their licensing for resellers, but overall, they are second to none!
- Prevention of going to malicious websites.
- Block of attempted connections to domains and alerting of user and staff.
- Ease of install/updates.
- Better integration with RMM tools (Connectwise, Autotask)
- Better licensing models for MSPs
- It has saved our business thousands of dollars due to labor costs it would have taken to physically remove malware by other methods or wiping and redoing a machine.
- It has saved companies downtime for their employees, money from potentially harmful malware from extracting sensitive and/or financial data, and kept everyone's sanity!
While there are anti virus providers out there, Malwarebytes is like using the right tool for the job. They develop the product to look specifically at malware and as such, succeed where others are inadequate.
