Overall Satisfaction with Medidata Rave CTMS

We use the software to manage our clinical trial logistics (trial info, sites, Investigators, subjects, etc.). Automation allows for better tracking and visibility for our managed trials and reporting on key metrics. This has greatly reduced the use of manual trackers.

I think this is a great tool overall. We aren't using all of the available features of the system (we don't use the system for EDC or site payments for example), so I can't comment on anything other than study and site management.
