Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Azure

At our organisation we are using Microsoft Azure for hosting the website and storage purposes. We are using Compute engine for running the website. We love to use it because of up time. There is near to zero downtime in that service and it provides good analytical support so we can get the compute, memory and bandwidth usage.

  • Support is only one time free then it is chargeable which is not [very] fair
Support team of Microsoft Azure is very good. We had chat with their team few times. They provide quick responses for basic queries and for advanced issues they try to solve earliest. One disadvantage is they have only one support free so if you want support thereafter then they will charge the user which is bad because user is already paying for service then they again have to pay for support.

Overall it is good for using service. For starter I suggest to go for it. It has very good user experience so user can directly get to know about the product. Pricing section is little bit weird because I still get confused in it except everything is good to go.
It is good for starters and basic site hosting services because for starters cost and continuity both matter. Advanced users can go for AWS or GCP because if you want to do everything as per your choice then you can get confused in Microsoft Azure services. We used it for the Wordpress site hosting and it was running great.
