Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

We started off using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) as both my business partner and I have used numerous Microsoft products in various positions and companies we worked for. When we decided to start our own business, which is still in the startup stages, we all agreed that Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be the best choice and provide us with the best tools we needed for data, our business insight, and needs. We use this tool for marketing, our customer service, and sales, to name a few.
  • We haven't jumped into the marketing as much as we would like but what we have seen and anticipate it will work great.
  • The sales module works great.
  • The layout can be a little better as far as navigation.

  • For the most part, there are only positives with using this software. Microsoft has come a long way in regards to providing services to accommodate a variety of business needs.
I think that Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) has made its spot amongst the business world and again, provides your needs based upon what it is your looking for in a cloud-based ERP.
I think that whether you are a start-up, small business, or large business, this software will work for you if you customize it to your specific needs. It is easy to use, and training is a breeze. Onboarding, even for us still in the starting stages, has been smooth, and we anticipate immense growth in the coming years, so that is important to us.
