Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
We started off using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) as both my business partner and I have used numerous Microsoft products in various positions and companies we worked for. When we decided to start our own business, which is still in the startup stages, we all agreed that Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be the best choice and provide us with the best tools we needed for data, our business insight. UPDATE*********We are still using this software and have found it to be very useful in and for our business matters and needs. We are now a little more seasoned if you will and find it to be a vital necessity for our company.
Pros
- We haven't jumped into the marketing as much as we would like but what we have seen and anticipate it will work great.
- The sales module works great.
Cons
- The layout can be a little better as far as navigation.
- Pricing
- For the most part, there are only positives with using this software. Microsoft has come a long way in regards to providing services to accommodate a variety of business needs.
- The negative impact is when the system crashes and it takes time to get everything back rolling.
I think that Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) has made its spot amongst the business world and again, provides your needs based upon what it is your looking for in a cloud-based ERP. We are currently still using the software and so far I can say that it has made running our business easy and seamless. I also want to add that now that we have used it for a period of time we are well rounded in training etc.
