Our Client Development department uses On24 to host webinars for clients across different legal sectors.

Pros
- On24 provides an easy, user-friendly software that makes setting up events easy and seamless.
Cons
- The customization within the On24 emails are not user-friendly. It would be nice if the formatting was easier to change.
Our company uses InterAction. We are able to setup seamless registration through On24 with InterAction for our webinars. We had hoped that it would track attendees seamlessly back into InterAction from On24, which it does not.
- We host webinars for our clients in the hopes to be at the forefront of legal topics and to grow new connects and leads with current and potential clients. The survey feature is nice because we ask attendees to share if they need our assistance. It's also great to pull the data of who attended and who didn't for follow-up.
We decided to stay with On24 and not make the switch to TalkPoint because we liked the look on the console for the user experience more with On24. There were less boxes to complete a cleaner look. We also thought the experience for the presenter was more seamless and less busy with On24.
