Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Our Client Development department uses On24 to host webinars for clients across different legal sectors.

  • The customization within the On24 emails are not user-friendly. It would be nice if the formatting was easier to change.
Our company uses InterAction. We are able to setup seamless registration through On24 with InterAction for our webinars. We had hoped that it would track attendees seamlessly back into InterAction from On24, which it does not.

I would say that On24 is almost always available to assist with our needs. The chat feature is nice, but often times they just instruct to "submit a case". I think submitting a case is fine in some scenarios, but other times I just need a quick answer from the chat feature.

Our CSM is usually good about giving me a call back the same day, or responding to my email in a timely fashion.

  • We host webinars for our clients in the hopes to be at the forefront of legal topics and to grow new connects and leads with current and potential clients. The survey feature is nice because we ask attendees to share if they need our assistance. It's also great to pull the data of who attended and who didn't for follow-up.
We decided to stay with On24 and not make the switch to TalkPoint because we liked the look on the console for the user experience more with On24. There were less boxes to complete a cleaner look. We also thought the experience for the presenter was more seamless and less busy with On24.
I would recommend On24 to others that are considering. Overall, On24 has done a great job with giving us the tools to run programs ourselves. The console and webinar templates are easy to use and they provide handouts with instructions if there is a feature you aren't familiar with. They also provide multiple avenues for requesting assistance from someone at On24.
